Keto Diet Recipes Hack: A CheatSheet For Ketogenic Diet

When we talk about the ketogenic diet, there’s one important factor always to follow: keep your carb count low.

While there are several delicious healthy keto recipes out there, not all of them follow this specific rule of the keto diet.

By maintaining a low carb count, keto dieters enter into a metabolic state called ketosis – where your body starts burning fat for energy rather than carbohydrates.

For most people, this has been a successful technique for weight loss. But, having a storage of healthy keto recipes is essential.

For all of the meals in your day, including snacks and dessert, we have compiled a list of healthy keto recipes you can rely on when you’re looking to keep a low-carb diet.

Here are some of our favorites:

Keto Chips & Guacamole

Guacamole is the best keto dip because of its high content of good fats from heart-healthy avocados.

Since traditional chips for dipping are not a good option on keto, we prefer to use pork rinds or parmesan crisps as a crunchy guac vessel.

Although this recipe has some flesh from the larger chunks of avocado, you can smoothen it completely using an immersion blender.

Keto Cheeseburger Casserole

Although several casseroles depend on starchy foods like rice and pasta, this dish will convince you to let go of the carby additions while still keeping the heartiness.

Keto Charcuterie Platter

Preparing a keto charcuterie platter makes a lot of sense because meats and cheese are both allowed on the ketogenic diet.

All you need to do is dispose of the typical bread and crackers that come with them. Instead, crunchy pork rinds, nuts, parmesan crisps, or seeds are great options for your keto charcuterie condition.

Crunchy Cheese Ranch Pinchos

Pinchos are bite-sized snacks commonly served in the Basque district of Spain.

And since we appreciate the idea of bite-sized food a lot, we decided to prepare a keto version of pincho, together with a creamy cheese ball rolled in a finger-licking coating of nuts, bacon, and chives.

Keto Waffles

If you play around on Pinterest, you may have come across the word “chaffle” dancing everywhere. If you haven’t, let me teach you.

Chaffle is like a waffle prepared with two simple ingredients: eggs and cheese. Prepared without any added sugars or flours, it makes the exact ideal waffle to eat on a keto diet.

Keto Buckeye Fat Bombs

Buckeye cookies are simply balls of peanut butter dipped in chocolate fudge. To switch them to keto, we used some simple ingredients alternatives.

Rather than powdered sugar, we are using keto-approved powdered sweeteners such as Stevia or Xylitol.

And to also keep the chocolate coating keto, we are using sugar-free chocolate together with MCT oil for a glossy end.

From your breakfast to dinner – and even snacks and dessert! You can plan weeks of ketogenic recipes easily on Keto Creator. Start planning!
