  • ½ cup parsley
  • One pinch of salt
  • 8 cups of water
  • One pinch of pepper

Instructions: 

  1. Wash your vegetables. Pat dry and finely chop.
  2. Pour the olive oil into a big soup pot and heat and saute the onion, carrot, minced garlic, and celery. Cook ingredients until garlic is fragrant and onions are translucent.
  3. Now add the 8 cups of water and crumble the chicken cubes by hand. Then bring to a boil.
  4. Add parsley, chopped cabbage, pepper, and salt to taste. Stir soup to mix ingredients well.
  5. Simmer on low heat for 30-40 minutes. If desired, garnish with fresh parsley and serve!
